We place strict controls over our employee access to data and you can place strict guidelines for who sees what data inside the app to ensure that customer data is not seen by anyone that shouldn't have access to it. All of our employees and contractors are bound to our procedures around protecting customer data and we treat these matters with the highest importance.
All data to and from www.chatchampion.com, including website content, website account login and chat widget communication, are encrypted and SSL protected. The SSL certificate is issued and managed by Amazon Web Services (Certificate Manager Service)
All servers are run in Amazon Web Services and protected by AWS Security Group.
All data are stored in a password protected data storage, and backup regularly. We do not store payment information in our database. (see next section)
Payment account and transactions are managed by Stripe, one of the top payment management company. Their security is PCI certified. (https://stripe.com/docs/security/stripe )
